Let’s start with one of the newest Chinese places in the city. Launched in 2018, Great Wall is located at Shaheed-e-Millat and offers a wide variety of Szechuan dishes.
For ala carte, the restaurant has a myriad of unique dishes including Dim Sum, Lo Mein, Salads and vegan options. All these are alongside the regular run-of-the-mill Chinese options.
Here’s where it gets interesting. Great Wall offers lunch and dinner buffets with varying menus. One constant in both lunch and dinner? Prawns!
The lunch menu, as highlighted above, features many dishes. Timings for lunch start from 12:30 PM to 4 PM.

2) Marco Polo – PC

Raising the bar (and the price), next we have Marco Polo. Located in Pearl Continental Hotel, Marco Polo is the premier breakfast and brunch spot.
Marco Polo’s regular breakfast brunch includes a variety of freshly made bread, omelettes, french toast among numerous other options.
This new Upside Down Brunch campaign is a twist on their regular brunch buffet. Featuring the best of both breakfast and lunch – this menu includes all of their usual breakfast dishes alongside continental selections for the main course.

Prawn Tempura, as pictured above, are fried live throughout the buffet duration to ensure freshness. The prices are on the higher side, owing to the fine-dining experience. Timings are from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

3) Bam-Bou

Bam-Bou launched in 2017 as the primary “modern competition” for Ginsoy. Since then, the restaurant has added a second branch at Sindhi Muslim alongside its flagship Clifton outlet.
Aiming to “take the clutter out of Chinese”, Bam-Bou wants people to enjoy Chinese food like they want to. The regular menu features chicken, beef and seafood options alongside their speciality Chop Suey Noodles.
Having covered brunch and lunch in our first two buffet options, Bam-Bou rounds off the day with a Hi-Tea Buffet. Available from Wednesday to Sunday, the buffet runs in two slots.

These Japanese Prawn Tempura are available in the buffet to fulfill your prawn cravings. The buffet also offers cold sandwiches and bakery items alongside Chinese to complete the Hi-Tea experience.
